Cucumber and Corn Chunky Summer Salsa


Ingredients

  • 2 ears corn, cut off cob

  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup cucumber, seeded and diced

  • 1/2 cup sliced radishes

  • 1/2 jalapeño, diced

  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic

  • Juice of one lime

  • 1/4 cup cilantro

  • 1 tablespoon P.S. Flavor!™ Creole Kitchen or Adobo Kitchen

  • Dash of Cholula hot sauce, if desired

Method

  1. Mix together all ingredients, seasoning to taste as needed with additional Creole Kitchen or Adobo Kitchen.
