Peach, Tomato, and Baby Mozzarella

I know you will enjoy this delicious bounty of Summer flavors packed into one of my favorite side dishes -- Peach, Tomato, and Baby Mozzarella.

Peach, Tomato, and Baby Mozzarella


  • 2 fresh ripe peaches, sliced

  • 1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

  • 6-8 pieces Baby Mozzarella balls

  • 1/2 cup arugula

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1/2 teaspoon P.S. Flavor!™ Creole Kitchen, or kosher salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon aged or reduced balsamic

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • Fresh mint or basil, for garnish


  1. Arrange peaches and grape tomatoes on serving plate. Add Baby Mozzarella balls.

  2. Toss Arugula with lemon juice and seasoning. Sprinkle on plate.

  3. Drizzle with balsamic and olive oil. Garnish with fresh mint or basil.
