Homemade Dressing
By: Pam Smith, RDN
Homemade dressings can be simple to make, delicious to taste, and so much better for you! With just a bit of effort, you can whip up delicious homemade versions of your store-bought favorites without all the “extras.” My Versatile Vinaigrette can be transformed to work with any flavor combination by using different spice blends — Citrus Spice is my go-to, with Chili Lime, Creole Kitchen, and Texy Taco all tied for a close second.
Versatile Vinaigrette
