We at PamSmith.com aim to protect you - our community member -- and your privacy. You are special to our sites, and as such, you can expect the highest protection of your privacy while you're here.

We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address or personal information to any third party without your permission. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer in our store (see LifeComm Store Privacy Policy). If you have purchased from our store or subscribed to one of our newsletters, we may occasionally update you via e-mail of special opportunities.

The information we collect is used for internal review to improve the content of our Web site, to customize the content and/or layout of pages on our sites for individual consumers and to notify consumers and members about updates to our Web sites. This information is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

We may, from time to time, show an example of the layout of the Smart Weigh® Community so visitors can see what it is all about. If any postings are used, we will not use the names, in order to protect the privacy of the individual who made the post. We will be sensitive to all subject matter.
